About Us
Founded in 2021 as a family owned business, we have a profound understanding across both property development and construction. The Gravias family roots into development came in the form of high end, boutique residential projects starting in the late 1960’s. Having a luxury residential background, we are able to grab inspiration from these projects to challenge conventional commercial property.
Our vision is to remain inspired by luxury, and to bring such luxury into affordable, commercial spaces. We aim to push design boundaries, and deliver to our owners an unparalleled product. Every step is meticulously considered, beginning with site acquisition, all the way through to construction, and project delivery.
